I had placed an order about one and half months ago. The order status says the product is delivered, however, I confirmed from the recipient and the order has not been delivered. I sent out several emails, and did call the customer care : 22-24454689 several times, with no luck. I was assured that they would deliver the product in 2 business days. It has been 2 weeks since they said that
I want to file a case against rediff shopping and I am willing to go any lengths to make sure they "pay" for the fraud.

I had ordered a Blackberry (order number: 6759602)on rediff shopping and the vendor was 'Crosssales.in' on the 9th of Nov. After 18 days they tell me that the order cannot be fulfilled ...and the reason they gave was "We had to cancel and reverse your order due to the reason being: Cancelled"...which is no reason at all !!! Tracking on the site still says "Delivery Status" says "Handed over to courier". Dont they have any escrow service ?
I can see why their e-commerce site is languishing so far below other newer trustworthy entrants even after so many years.
Their's is a worthless site and I will make sure to inform as many people as possible about the same!!
