sir , i ordered blackberry strom phone at radiff.com.. and i received it , bt it is damaged one.. and the phone looks like already used one... scratches , and the display is shaking like anythng.. so please take neccesary action as soon as possible.. i dont hav any bill r invoice , tht courier persone nt gave anythng , just took my sign nd payment..

on 6th december 2011 i received an calculator which i ordered online from your site and that calculator is not working .. i would request you to just look in to the matter as soon as possible.. otherwise we ll have to take an legal action against it.

I want to register a complaint against the Rediff Shopping. As the product order is not the one which I received.

I ordered one Magic Boom Box Speaker MP3 Player 16GB Expandable (Order No. 6797457), Supplier was Ojjas Enterprizes it was couriered through TNT330372193 on 05-12-2011, which I received on 6-12-2011.

Product qualities were that It has inbuilt speaker and expandable upto 16GB.

However the product that I received is just an MP3 explandable upto 1 or 2 GB. Further the data cable is not working, I am not able to charge the same.

It is rubbish, If they donot have that product, they should not display the same.

Either give me the product that I ordered or return me the money that I paid along with shipping or courier charges.

i purchased a calculator on 1st december 2011 and the calculator is not working ORDER NO.6796274 TRANSACTION NO.17578211 and that is defected and i want you to replace it

Hi I have ordered the 2GB MP3 PLAYER IN REDIFF SHOPPING . I RECEIVED THE COURIER IN THAT ONLY EAR PHONE IS AVAIABLE AND NOT THE PRODUCT I DELIVERED IF I CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND BACK .

i even tried calling to the PS Enterprises the dealer , they said they will call me back within 10 min and didnt call me back when i called them they did not receive the call and then they made the not reachable . REDIFF IS A BIG FRAUD SHOPPING . YOUR MONEY WILL GO IN WAIN .

PS DEALER IS ALSO A FRAUD COMPANY .

I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.

My name is Jignesh Maniar, i would like to lodge a complaint against Rediff shopping and Ojjas Enterprizes.

To give you a background:

On 7th March, I had ordered, Formula 1 USA Car polish + Scratch Out + Free Pen from Vendor: Ojjas Enterprizes (Order No: 6969278). i did receive my order on time (13th March) but when i opened the delivery box, i found out the Free Scratch remover Pen (per description) was not delivered along with other items.

i spoke to the Rediff shopping customer care, they asked me to speak with the Vendor directly. Firstly i don't understand, why was i asked to speak with Vendor directly as i had placed my order form Rediff shopping and not directly from the vendor, still i went ahead and tried calling the Vendor, on my several attempts they didn't answer my call, i also dropped them a mail asking to send the Free Pen, haven't received any response yet.

Every time i send a mail to rediff asking for help,i get a system generated email saying a customer care executive will contact you.. that hasn't happened yet.

i went through various forum on this site, i found out there are various complaints lodged against rediff and Ojjas Enterprizes, Request you to take a look at this in order to stop such issues to rise again.

Request your help , awaiting quick response.

I have ordered hammemulti: Multiutility Hammer 13 Function Digital Multimeter through Rediff online shopping. To my surprise I have received only the multiutility hammer when i opened the packet but not the multimeter. The order number is 6963131 and transaction id is 17758974. The hammer tool was free with the actual item i.e the multimeter what i ordered for but they are sending me the free item. They have already gulped my money. Really Ojjas enterprises is a cheat.I want my money back ! or get the Digital multimeter, I really wonder how this enterprise is still existing and running business who are fooling people.

I have placed an online order No. 17869844 for used Samsung Corby Speed CDMA Mobile Phone with Rediff.com on 22.04.2012, delivery of which made on 25.04.2012. I felt displeasure about online purchase of mobile because Company (Rediff) cheated with me by providing a defective mobile of Rs.3800/- plus shipping charges of Rs.100/-. The mobile is useless for me and thus, i wasted my Rs.3800/-. I am a State Govt. employee and my income is limited and I can not afford this wasted amount.
Please arrange my refund of Rs.3800/- and direct the Rediff shopping to take back the said delivery

I purchased a product befrore 10 days and payment has been made through net banking service ( Axis Bank) . I received the product on 10th May. This net banking transaction is the lat transaction . Yesterday sombody hijak my Customer Id and password from Maharasha and Rs 13300 has been transfared to a payroll card . I am sure the Id and pasword had hijak at the time of rediff shoping. I already take legal steps.

Please look the mattter for your goodwill.

Hi,
I had placed my order on Snapdeal.com (Order No: 533714852) for
Videocon Frost free Refrigerator 285 Ltr - VAL294 with price Rs. 16275 on 29th April 2012. They promised to delivery of product in 10 days. After repeatedly calling their customer care, there answer was always that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. But they never got back to me and the Order was never shipped. Now they canceled the order without intimating me and now they tell the money will be refunded in 21 days. If they refund i want them to refund with the interest as I have suffered frustration and lost lot of money on calls.
