I an from kerala and i use reliance gsm mobile service for last 3 years.initially there was no problem.but from last 6 months i face many problem from them.they deduce money from my mobile account telling that i had subscribed some offers through their offer calls.even i didnt get any notification or conformation message about the offer subscription or deduction of money from account.sometimes when i check balance i found that money reduced from account and i called customer care and then only they inform us about fake offer subscription.i aced this problem nearly 20 times i think.since it become repeated cheating i called customer care and talked to executives and then they cancelled all offers and said this will not repeat.and also activated Do Not Disturb service. then i have no problem.but now my friend facing same problem from same network for last 2 weeks..i think this is their regular cheating trick.please take action about this.

i order a pen drive in home shop 18 there show that the item will be get at 6 to 7 days but there is more then 6 days and in my mobile the company message that your order is dispatch u will get ready the money in 2 or 3 days but still i does not get my pen drive so if u do not want to sell then why u open this kind of shop if last 1 days i does not get the pen drive then cancelled the order i do not buy any kind of item of your firm i will buy from another side it will be good for me ......

i am mohd muzakkir i have ordered an quick thunder R/c helicopter and i got it but the product is not working this was very bad that the company is telling that it have a return policy but after you buy something and want to return it the company refuses to take the product return the helicopter was made up of very cheap quality of plastic but in the advertisement it shows that it is made up of the metal the flashing is only working n the whole helicopter the machine is not working so this is my complaint against homeshop 18

I have purchased TP link router from Homeshop18. after two days i have checked status and I found router was going to deliver at Kanpur. I have given address of Ahmedabad but I dont know why they are deliver it at Kanpur. Moreover I found description of product as "Intex i - Buddy 7" Capacitive Tablet with keyboard| in aramex courier.


For that I have called customer care on 18th but not per helpdesk person I will received part withing 2-3 days. however still I have submitted online ticket ( #77434795) on Homeshop18 Website but ticket was closed by stating "Customer Care-)19-12-2012 16:45->Dear CustomerWe thank you for shopping with us.Please note the said order is dispatched to you though Courier: Aramex, Awb number: 4697553910, Dated:Dec 17, 2012, and same will be delivered to you on priority.Happy Shopping!Warm regards,Customer CareHomeShop18".


However, I have found courier delivery status is delivered at kanpur, hence i have called again customer care on same day and remind them for wrong delivered but got same answer like you will received your parts withing 2-3 days.


on 20th I have send mail also on care@homeshop18.com mail ID but not received any update.


they are bed service by Homeshope18. they are not replying to customer properly ever customer again and again updating to them.


How today again I have called to customer care and received same response like product already delivered at kanpur, after asking him like i have order for Ahmedabad why it is delivered to Kanpur? so he is saying it was mistake now you will received your product withing 2-3 days.


Can any one help me what I will do on this. I want to consumer forum on this type of service by homeshop18.
