I had ordered a birthday cake to be delivered in pune on 18th august,2010.The cake has not been delivered till date.I submitted my complaint and request for refund of my money (paid through IDBI netbanking) with "Indiatimes Shopping" but they seem to only buy time by asking for more working days to resolve my case.I'm fed up and want my money back and hence am seeking your help.The details of order are mentioned below :
