Dear Sir,

I purchased an International ticket from Yatra.com and due to some
unexpected circumstances, I cancelled the ticket on 6th Jan '09. The refund
policy of yatra.com is 20-25 working days. I have been following up with
them for the refund, but they have not yet given me a definite reply.

They would be charging me a cancellation amount but has failed to refund the money in the promised period. Pls help me to get the refund and also get a compensation for the time I spent following up with them.

I had booked a ticket on yatra.com and my yatra reference number is 21081012010.
My ticket is not yet confirmed and my traveling date is 3rd November, When i contacted the yaatra customer care they informed me that the payment has not been received from me. I had booked on credit card and the bank has given me the transaction id number 226883,on 21 st august.so please verify with ur merchandise and try to rectify my problem. Worst part is i try contacting their customer service for hours together and absolutely no response. I just keep waiting on the line wasting my time.
