Dear sir/madam

my self vivek sirohia purchase a vox ultra slim mobile from naaptol.com on 20th july 2010,from my brother credit card whose name is bharat sirohia.naaptol commits to deliver my order within 7-10 working days.my order no is 590079. Still i have not received my product.i call them many times and mail so many time,but their reply was not satisfied.at last on 20th august 2010 i call at naaptol and their representive mr.amit told me that my order has been despatch on 20 th august 2010 and i will get this in 4 days by aramax courier.but today its 9 days past.on 27th august i call again to naaptol and their represesntive told that my order is despatch on 23 rd of august 2010.so what should i understand about their answer.i asked to give me docket no. Or lr.no.of courier but they are not ready to give.i think have not despatch still the product.if they are unable to do this please return my money.other wise i will take legal action. Plaese do needfull for me. I wish to gift this to someone but now its too late.this naaptol is abousolutely fraud.if they dont have the product they should tell me on 20th july when i order this by telephone.

WRONG DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
i ordered an itemi i.e Dell Inspiron Mini 10inches laptop on 11th august 2010 through naaptol. I received the the laptop on 23rd august 2010, but I have got an wrong product. I contacted them today regarding the issue , and asked them to send the correct product as ordered by us. but the executive argued with us stating that its not their fault. And blamed us for this wrong delivery
Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and could get back to me with some help.
