What nonsense is going on???
One of your person (MAIL ID - bookclub@offers.indiatodaybookclub) is
replying me as "With reference to your mail we would like to inform you
that due to some technical server error problem your refund was pending,
as every thing is fine now we assure you that you will receive your
refund at the earliest. As we have also forwarded your complaint to our
concerned department.
We sincerely appreciate your patience towards us and hope you will give
us some more time to do the needful without causing any further delay.
And very next movement you are asking for scanned copy of credit card
statement shamelessly.
How many times I will do all this nonsense.
If you will see the mail cc, you will find it I have marked the same to
consumer court also.
I have lost my patience now, let it come from the consumer court now.
If you will see below mails, you will find that I have been writing to
you from 16/1/09.
