    How many times I will do all this nonsense.



    If you will see the mail cc, you will find it I have marked the same to
    consumer court also.



    I have lost my patience now, let it come from the consumer court now.

    Default Cancel the Booking ID: 880103149 & Complain No. 448318 - refund the booked amount

    Dear Sir / Madam,



    Referring to the subject, I we would like to inform that without details information I have booked one mobile, vide above booking ID, through your one staff. As per her statement I belief that I will get Rs.10,000.00 prize amount by way of Cheque, but at the time of confirmation I have know that this is consolation prize, immediately I informed to your concern staff for cancel the transaction, but he yet to turn.



    I have made call on 9th of this month and request for cancel the transaction vide my complain no. 448318, as stated above.



    I would earnestly request you to kindly cancel this transaction and immediately refund the amount (within 3 / 5 days) which was paid to you through my Axis Bank credit card.

    My complain was on 9th April, 2010. After several phone call and several email transaction s but till date I have yet to receive the refund.



    Hope to be favoured with your kind co-operation and favourable action in this regard. Awaiting your reply.
