I have placed an order for mp3 player on 11th march 09 on Indiaplaza.in website. It was supposed to be shipped within 10 days, but it was never shipped nor order has been canceled. My debit card has been charged for this order. Now, everyday these guys are saying that order will be canceled within 2 days. Today its 5th april and they haven't canceled the order nor shipped. I am writing emails and contacting them daily but they are not listening. Please suggest what to do?
