Dear friend,

U will get back your money if your item is under return policy, but u will lose
some amount bcoz u have to bear the shipping charges ...

Not only rediff, this is the common problem to most of the online shops, I have
made no of shoppings but was forced to stop due to following bitter experiences
(from eBay/rediff/indiatimes...)

1- Ordered oxford dictionary , payment was made but item was not delivered,
fought hard to get back refund and succeded

2- T-shirt colours will never be same as per order and most of the items the
colours u received will hardly liked by u means all odd colours are meant for
online shoppers only

3- Purchased a saree from eBay( FRESH PIECE not in auction) price Rs 2350/- but
the saree was made by joining TWO SEPERATE PIECES with third class stiching??? I
gave negative rating to that seller then he sent a comment that we sell only TOP
quality items and Mr sharad saxena has INTENTIONALLY given negative rating

4- ordered a steam press, material received was of different make but bill was
sent for the item originally ordered, again fought hard 2 get back my
money....ufffffffff

5- In auction, if any good item is on sale then most of the times if seller does
not get his HIDDEN reserve prise either he cancel the auction (special power to
seller) or will raise the bid ARTIFICIALLY through his own CREATED user id with
some other name...I have reported such incidents to eBay but no action was
taken

6- Ordered apparels, payment made but still waiting for item.......sent no of
e-mails and got never ending SOFT assurance after assurance.....

So, next time whenever u go for online shopping take these points in mind
