I ordered for a bouquet with cake and used their payment gateway, and
shockingly the MONEY was DEBITED from my savings bank account and
showed payment was made to Ferns and Petals gateway (CCAvenue is
their service provider) but they denied
receiving it when I called them and said it could be a technical
error!!! They washed their hands off because of some error in their
payment gateway!

Also they are hypocrits as they say on the site - Customer
Satisfaction guranteed, and did not bother to reply to any of my
mails!!!!

NEVER deal with Ferns and Petals or your money may be lost with no
way to get it back!!!

They need to be taken to the court. Beware of Ferns and Petals!!!
