Hi All,
I lost my money by making a purchase through rediff shopping. I made the payment through credit card 2 months back, but didn't receive the product yet. Several times I tried to call & send email regarding this issue to rediff customer support. But, no action till date. A person named Sheetal Shinde is the laziest & most irresponsible person I have ever seen as being in customer support dept. he/ she never timely responds to any mail or take any action against seller. I get the same answer everytime I communicate i.e. Seller will ship the item on Monday. That's it... seller does not ship. Customer support team does not support customers.


Please think twice before buying anything through rediff shopping.
