I subscribe to indiantimes mail service for Corporate customers.

My entire business runs on email since most of my clients are
overseas customers. I am facing lot of problems

1. Their servers and mail service goes down for days and no one
picks the phone in customer support

2. I am stuck with them since all payments have been made for the
entire year and whenever I tried to shift my domain name, they have
illegally stopped my mail service

Please advice what legal action can be taken against them since the
loss caused by them is beyond imagination. I have lost customers
because of them
