Full product not received from Homeshop18, its almost 2 months now Hi,
I have booked a Whirlpool Oven which comes along with a starter kit and a Watch.
On continuosly approach them and calling them many times they could give us the oven finally after more than a month (note that they have not delivered the Oven at my house, we went to the distributer and collected it from there. About 20 KM from my place).
And now the remaining part of the product- Starter kit and the Watch is not yet delivered to me. I made a number of calls, only to receive an answer that they are looking into the complaint and would deliver the product with in 4 days.
Kindly let me know what kind of action can I take to sue these people and get my money back.

We suggest you to send some email to the Customer Care of Home Shop 18, mention all the details and ask them for the rest of the products.
Send email on regular basis, like one email a day atleast for 10 days,this will help you to drag Home Shop 18 to the Consumer Forum.
If they still not deliver your product, then revert us back.
