I Made online purchase on 25th May 2010 from India times online shopping & the product is still not delivered and every time i call them for the status of the product they ask that either they will refund my money back in 5 to 6 working days or my product will be delivered in 2 working days infact 48hrs, but nothing has happen so far. its been almost 2 months and pathetic Services by India Times---Contionus

Can somebody suggest me how to go about it.
