Hello, i am praksh ch. biswal,i send the
chequeno-114714, S.B.I having rupees-16999+25=17024(offer price of
RS-19990) for mini laptop DELL (2gb ram,320hdd hard drive)on dt-19th may
,2010 in favour of -surender kumar,a\c no-0356000101726720 with contact
ph no-09816581909. Till 16 th july i am not gettting the product ,after
that seller told refund the money(with extra2%) within next 2-3 days,
but he didnt send the money till 9th july.ON 10TH july i get a chuque of
rs-17,024/ (not the extra2%),again seller told dont put ch. on a\c ,wait
2-3days.finally i put ch. on 12th july ,on 14th july the cheque is
bounced due to payment stop by party. after that contact to ebay he (ebay) told that we wiil slove the probelm within 24 hr ,but 6 days past he doesnot response me, response my call/email.. when i am contact to seller , his mobile is switched off,never response any email.... in this dealing miss lima texaria claim adjuster of ebay also involved ,when i do a case in ebay , she close the case that u got a demand draft form seller,while i get a fraud ch. from seller..... now what can i do............
