Paisapay must have goofed up and sent the payment to the seller.

(ebay people agreed and sent mail on march4th of 2009 , that they have received double duplicate payment and the process of refund will take in 2-3 working days. and i will get in 3-4 working days in my bank account but till date i cant get any refund.

Where does the money held either at ebay.in or at hdfc bank. ?
