Hi,

I have Made Online Shopping from Mobilestore.com on 7th July

My Complaint is 100000454

Before Proceeding of Payment i have made sure that the Mobile Is in Stock By Contacting their CUstomer Care No and they assure me that the given Handset is available and go through your payment.

I have did the same and the Payment was debited from my account successfully and they told me that the given mobile will be delivery within 3 working day.

I waited for 3 day and mobile didn't revive till date

I have made complaint against same problem and they have taken my complaint on 11th June 2010 and assure me that ur problem will be solved within 1 days

But still now i am getting the same reply

I dont know why they are not delivering the Mobile.

I am very disappoint with their service as i have to gift the mobile to someone else

But now it is of no Use.


So MY Request from the Mobile Store to delivery the mobile within this week of time or else refund the money


Plz Help me solving my Problem

Plz Some1 Guide what are the Legal Procedure to Submit a Case against these type of Fraud in Consumer Court
