Dear Sir/Madam,
On the anniversary of EZone (a future group venture), eZone had put a lots of offers. All those were very exiting. So I had placed may orders with them.
Though other are not yet delivered, but the one delivered to me is a defective model (just a piece of junk).
I had purchased a Sony Ericsson S302 mobile phone on 12th June 2010 by paying Rs. 2200/- under the order number 5001255490.
It was delivered to me on 20th June. But this is a defective piece. This phone remains in hang state all the time. I tried all the trouble shouting, but no luck. This phone doesn't allow me to make outgoing calls. Also not able to receive. This is just a piece of junk I have received from two reputed companies i.e. from Sony Ericsson & Future group. Looks like all these big brands think India as a dumping ground, where they can dump their junk products by cheating the customers.
After receiving this junk, I got so frustrated, that I called both this companies' customer care. But every time calls put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. No one answers the calls.
For Future Group, I have to make a STD call from Bangalore to Mumbai. But during all the time I remains on hold for 30 minutes, but no one answer the call. I have already wasted Rs. 200-300/- just on the call, that too without getting the contact of customer care.
This is a big-big cheating. These companies has no responsibilities towards customers. These are just trying to make black money by white ways (selling online).
I request you to please take strong actions against these companies.
I want a replacement product (fully tested) or refund with penalty of Rs 2000/-. Total of Rs. 4200/-.
