Submit Complaint..i have purchased a product from indiaseller. After payment to them now they say who are you. I have both transation slip as well as chat details in mail as a soft copy. I think their registration should be cancelled

On the #rd of June 2010, I purcased a game from the seller highskyindia on ebay.in
I completed the transaction using a credit card,the seller has recieved the payment but has not shiped my product till now,the recieving date was june 10 but i still havent recieved it
After contacting him through phine,he told me that he was out of stock and asked me to place a new order,He requested me to post positive feedback about his product and i did so,but he still has not sent my product
i request you to take action against him
The game which i purchase is call of dut mw2
