Same has happened with me my payment is also on hold from 28 Dec 2008, not got payment back till today i.e. 11 June 2010. PaisaPay ID 23344730817.

I have called to CC of PaisaPay at 18002093229 on 6th Feb. 2009 on 9.47am
about 7.34 minutes to Ms. Bharti. She told that payment has been send to your
account and provided me the details of Refund of payment were as under :
