1.Vendor Rating-No preshippment inspection of goods by sellers leading to numerous after sales quality
complaints.
False claims being made in the product catalogue by sellers which are not being
verified by the management of the auction site before putting them online
in public domain.
Products are being put on auction for sale without having adequate stock in hand
by the seller leading to non delivery & refund/consumer harassment @ the hands of
seller.The auction house has no such system to ensure that goods are available
with the seller before they are put for auction(short selling-no delivery).
2.Buyer be ware -The auction house takes no responsibility for the deficiency in service &
Policy quality of the goods supplied by the seller and the consumer is left to fight it out
directly with the seller.


3.Restrictive & - The negative feedback on the deficiency in service/quality by the seller is unilaterally
unfair complnt. removed by the auction house without taking thr buyer in to confidence & such
redressal fraudulent sellers continue to thrive on the site.

consideration & the consumer is not given any fare opportunity for resolution of the
problem.
