I have submitted an order from indiatimes online shopping for 2nd generation 2G Mp3 Player with order no. 112285978 and sub order no. 3002609 on 31/3/10. They have collected the price of Rs. 649 from my bank account on 31/3/10 itself. But I have not yet received the item till this date. Kindly inquire the matter and do the needful.
