    Default Sify unable to Deliver Products after payment also

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased three canon powershot sx110is digital camera from SIFY Online Shopping on 16th Feb, 2009. I had made the payment via credit card and the same was authorised by the bank and Sify on 17th feb. Even after repeated enquiry to them regarding the status of the delivery they kept on telling me that the cameras would be delivered to me by the 7th working day, they failed to do so. On the 9th working day they told me that the product is not in stock and they cannot deliver it. Till today they have not given a proper reply and hence I had to suffer monetary as well as emotional torture as I was supposed to give the cameras to someone. Please help me out.

    Hello,

    Send a E-Mail to the Sify Customer Care regarding this issue, and ask them the exact time of delivery or ask them for the refund.

    If still face any problem then contact us again.

    Dear Sir,

    Sify donot update its website regularly, many outdated and out of stock products are still on the Sify website. If a customer purchase any product out of it that means he will be in big trouble. Because they are not able to deliver that product due to un availabilty. and if the customer ask for the money then their customer care always give time and time but never give the money back.

    So this is my request to you please take a strict action against such online product selling fraud companies.

    Hello,

    If you face any problem like this, first send a E-Mail on the mentioned ID on the website, and ask them for the refund or the product in the given time period.

    BEWARE FROM SIFY SHOPPING
    Dear All,

    I purchased a bag from SIFY SHOPPING On 10th april 07as Sify commit that it
    will be deliver with in 7 working days but it is wrong.

    This will take 20days to deliver any parcel. I rcvd this parcel on 30 april
    07

    His logistic partner ARAMEX COURIERS says that he picked this packet on 24th
    april and sify customer care says this has been despatched on 14th april.

    How can we blv on this.

    All people play with costomers.

    So i am telling you Beware from SIFY SHOPPING.

    Hi All,

    Sorry to know about your bad online shopping experience with SIFY
    Online Shopping. You are also right in saying that most of the online shopping
    portals and Co.'s as well play with the customers. I too have a lot of bad
    experiences from online shopping.

    To All - To add to this list, I would like to inform you that I faced similar
    exp. with Rediff shopping where I got a gift delivered and it was 15-20 days
    late. There are no contact no.'s on their site and their Customer support was
    pathetic (Will raise your B.P). So take care if you ever plan to buy something
    from rediff shopping. I didn't pay much attention beforehand as I never thought
    that they will do like this.

    I would advise my friends to do a google search for the shopping mall to find
    what other people are writing about it. For example -
    SIFY Online Shopping reviews

    If there are too many bad reviews, then don't try it.

    its same everywhere on online shopping in India.. I
    have so many similar experiences that I have stopped
    purchasing stuff online.

    Default Fraud by siffy on line purchase

    Dear sir,

    I purchased a IFB microwave on line from siffy. I paid by credit card on 08 July 09 and my Order No was 7748. The amount of Rs 10,194 was debited from my credit card immediately.
    I was supposed to get the product in 7 days. On 15 July I telephoned and was given a reply that it will reach in 2 days. After that I telephoned daily to inquire when it will be delivered.
    On 17 July I received a mail that the product will be shipped after 24 July.
    Due to delay in delivery I cancelled the order on 20 July and my cancellation request no was 94745.
    Till date I have not got the refund of my money

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SIFY about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it with the bill details and ask them for the refund.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default Indiatimes uable to Deliver Product

    Dear Sir,

    i have booked a order for purchase Sansui DVD player in indiatimes online shopping site on 25th Jan. 2010 and the shipping time for this product is 7 days, but i have not received the product in this schedule time. i have booked a complaint on 09.02.2010 through complaint No. 130076 and the indiatime rep. confirm me that the product will be dispatched within 48 hrs. but nothing happend and every time when i called to indiatimes they given me excuse time of 24 hrs or 48 hrs. After several follow-ups the website shown me that the order shipped on 16th Feb 2010 and Delivery time is 7 days but i have not received product yet (today is 27.02.2010). I have booked a complaint again on 24th Feb. 2010 for non-delivery and again they asked me wait for 7 days.

    Please advice me how can i get this product or my money back.

    The order has not delivered as of current date too. I have been following them up and spening whole lot of energy and piling up std phone bill as they have lots of execuses. I started conversation with their staff named Pallavi and Varsha.
    They have numerous amount of excuses for the same payment has not been realized since a week, after week they they are in conversation with the bank for the same. Once the payment git realized they told that orer has been processed and would reach me but since then again the excuses started that courier were on leave due to holiday, their vendor(in this case ojjas enterprize) not having product and then at last they transferred the whole thing saying the vendor will call me. Vendor(Nilesh one of the guys from ojjas enterpize) called and promised the product would reach in two days and again fraud and the consignment number given by Pallavi in one case and 871095918814 and another one 871095918803 given by Nilesh were both when tracked not showed any information on Fedex website and when I called at Fedex they told me that the product has not been handed over to fedex at all. I am annoyed and bugged up calling and emailing this company and they seem to have no fear of Law at all.

    Kindly suggest I have a email where I even wrote them to respond back on the consignment no delivered to Fedex on which now they are not replying.

    Hoping for help!!

    Experience the same while shopping at sify. Mine happens a month ago bought a phone from them and was not delivered within the promised time. after many phone calls they did send the phone. I think online shopper had had this type of headaches many a time while shopping online i wonder why these things happen in the first place. I don't shop online nowadays better get the things myself from the market!!! what say??

    i place a order of 4 nos head phone on sify shopping on 9 December 2011 with ref no SM0912110510 ,but till 12 December was not processed , so i canal the order and request for refund ,they give me a tracer no CNT1212110012 . but till today (11/1/12) the money was not refund . i try to contact to the customer care through the contact no provided on their web site ( 91-80-40619090) but no response. please help me sir to get back my money.
