    no recd the items as per order
    I had placed order through the India today book club - bag it today for a 2 Reebok Watch and paid the money through my credit card.

    Mode of payment: Credit Card/Debit Card
    Total transaction amount: 299.0

    I failed to get my order,i place order of 2 Reebok watches and they send free one, I checked with them and they not inform me properly...so far almost 27 days now ..I didn't receive the Reebok watch. I try to reach their customer support 3 times over the phone(complaint no- 453723- 15 April, 460433- 21 April and 468397- 27 April...they kept me hold for more than 10 minutes and give excuses without giving any solution.i also mail Details of your order to itbc4u@indiatodaybookclub.com; feedbach@indiatodaybookclub.com; feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com but no reply from there also, i really disappoint with India today group


    the call center boys are not helpful. is it a genuine India today group or is a fraud company

    I checked with them and they not inform me properly...so far almost 5 days now ..I didn't receive the Reebok watch. I try to reach their customer support over the phone(complaint no- 476920(prashant)- 04 May and watch is not delivered nor any proper response is given to me for the same & am always asked to wait for some time without any proper reply to my query

    Angry Worst service by Carrier Air Conditioners

    I have an AMC for Carrier Air Conditioner. As per the AMC, company is suppose to carry out 3 dry Services and one wet service per year. My AMC expires in June 2010 and they have carried out only one wet and one dry. In the last service (about a month ago) I wrote in the customer remarks that cooling is insufficient and even spoke to the concerned Service Managaer.
    He promised to look in the matter and send the executive again. No one turned up for a month. Now the machine is not cooling at all (in this worst heat) and despite a complaint registered 6 days back no one has turned up yet.

    Default Obtained Executive Magistrate Order suppressing facts and violate civil court order

    In a civil suit pending between ourselves and M/s Rajshree Steels Pvt. Ltd, now known as M/s Rajshree Infratech Pvt. Ltd., an order passed by the 8th Sub Judge Senior Division, Alipore affirmed by the Divisional Bench of Honble High Court regarding status quo in respect of common areas and facilities of the premises no. 6B, Kabir Road, Kolkata – 700 026 was flouted by the said promoter company, M/s Rajshree Steels Pvt. Ltd., the defendant in the said suit by obtaining a 1st Executive Magistrate Order to repair the boundary wall and roof by suppressing the material fact regarding the civil suit from the magistrate. In the name of repairing, the promoter redesigned the boundary walls by fixing vitrified glaze tiles in place of cement and plaster thereby violating the status quo order. The police authority who themselves earlier stopped the promoters from the said construction on September 12, 2010 against our complaint allowed them to construct the boundary wall on the basis of the Executive Magistrate Order.

    This act of the promoter not only adversely affects our right, title and interest in the common areas of the premises but also the quality of the said boundary wall which was a subject matter of the dispute was also destroyed by the promoter. This act was of the promoter was done not with the proper leave of the court but unlawfully and illegally. It is pertinent to mention that earlier also the said promoter moved to the 1st Executive Magistrate in a dispute related to the said premises but at that time, on contest the 1st Executive Magistrate refused to entertain them and directed them to move before the appropriate civil authority. In spite of the said order, they repeated the process and conducted the said illegal act.

    Default Worst service by professional couriers

    Professional couriers are the worst courier services that I have ever seen. I booked a parcel from karur(Tamilnadu) to Palakkad(kerala) through Professional Couriers on 02nd November 2010. Today is 6th November 2010. Still my Parcel is not delivered. When I and my father went to the courier office and asked about this they are giving irresponsible replies and are not even ready to make an effort to solve the problem.

    They say this.... that .....bla bla .bla ..... but nothing is convincing. I want to say PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.

    ESPECIALLY PEOPLE IN KARUR DONOT USE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER COURIER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

    yes. even I am a victim of " The Professional Couriers" which are actually the most unprofessional among all courier services. I booked a courier from Bangalore to Delhi, and they promised delivery in 48 hours, but it took 12 days for that courier to reach, and that too after calling their regional offices in Delhi and Bangalore. I don't know why are such courier companies there, when they can't deliver shipments from Bangalore to Delhi on time. Imagine what will happen to couriers from small towns and cities ????

    Beware of these frauds.... The prettyskins.com.

    I am a victim of a website prettyskins.com. They pose themselves as if they are centered in Chennai, but let me tell you the address that they have given on the site, I could not find anyone there. The telephone and mobile numbers are all invalid. I placed an order worth Rs 398 with them on 10th October 2010. They promised delivery in one week and the website presents themselves as extremely professional.

    But after over 40 days what I have received is only an order number PSC141, which shows the status as not yet shipped on their website.

    I'd suggest all members or all the readers of this post that please don'y place any orders with this site. They are the biggest frauds on earth. They will nicely take your money in online mode, and will give you addresses and numbers that never work. Here are their contact details:

    Mr. Vibhu rathore of hosting.india.to. has theft my domain names and trying to black mail me. i requested him to give my domains back to me but still he is not giving i have all the detail of my domains and bills with me which i purchased from hosting.india.to. he has deleted my log-in id and password. i request to block his web hosting site so that he can’t do this kind of things and request other also not to purchase any domains name and hosting plans from this hosting company.

    i could find some fraud men a gangue of 3 /4 persons around us
    one working in our society as it professionlist
    another in telephone exchange and
    third is a manager in a firm
    its my sincere request to keep the track of such persons whom we come across in our daily routine
    they are from telangana after every falsehood of bringing about the girl child and their growth
    people do believe and accept such things in present life
    particularly the residents of warangal/district
    these three men make use of false ladies and use some thantra vidhya to attack each and every girl child
    this should not be continued
    their bloody presence is simply harm to our well being'S
    let all these be scaled out in particular areas like hanamkonda and every girl child be given proper protection

    Default unreliable and fraud courier DTDC

    Hello sir,

    Iam one of the victim who is suffering the worst and reliable sevive of DTDC courier. I have booked one courier from bangalore corporate office booking counter of DTDC to nagpur on 12th Feb 2011, which was promised to be delived on 15th feb, but today is 19th still not delived. when calling to courier office of bangalore no one is picking the call, and when called to nagpur office they were giving some unrealistic and unresponsible answers.They are not even able to track my courier where it is now at present. My docket no is F05530384

    sir, I want the courier to be delivered as soon as possible and compensation in this regards, as it made me a huge loss.

    Dear Sir,

    This is one of the fraud company named "Udbhav" running there consulting firm from K 51 kalkaji basement.
    they charged 9000 rs from me, and promised for getting a job in KPO's.
    its more than a month has passed i have not recieved any jobs call related to my field as discussed with them.
    more over they do not respond on any calls or on mails i wrote to them.
    they have provided me only one number 011 41408058 which remain always busy.

    Its my sincere request to take necessary action against these fraud company so that like me no other person can become their victim.

    Earn20 is a big cheater and fraud company in india. The only take money from customer and say that they give 20 rs of form filling but they never give a single rupee to the customer so please beware to this site and not register here.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Sandeep Tiwari From V.P.O.-Chandrtauta, District- Kushinagar, U.P. I purchased Karbonn Mobile set (Model No. KC 750, IMEI No. 910003130205738, Battery No. A100000F82B49B6, Price Rate. Rs. 5500.00) Form Opextel (A Complete Mobile solution) U.G.A.-26, Som Dutta Plaza, 10 The Mall, Kanpur on dated 20-09-2010.
    After 10 days I faced some problem in set (CDMA sim dialing and networking problem). Due to defects in the set I have given it back to Karbonn service center una (Himachal Pradesh). As per discussion they promised me to get it repair within 15 days but I got it after 37 days. And then a day after faced some problem in Ringer & Bluetooth. Then I went to Delhi service center and they solved the above said defect. Then I was so thankful to them for solving my problem.
    After that again its LCD Screen has been defected since six days, and that day I discussed verbally so many times with Delhi and Una Karbonn service centre but till date there is no reply or action taken by Delhi and Una Karbonn service centre. Due to this I am facing various types of problems during my daily routine works.
    At Last some of my friends suggested me to go to RTI to get justice. So please do my help in to above mentioned matter.
