    Default This complaint is for a case of Fraud and Cheating



    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This complaint is for a case of Fraud and Cheating by Brilliant Tutorials. Complain is also to seek refund of complete fees paid by me and compensation for the damages as per below given details by abruptly terminating the classroom programmes without any prior notice to parents or students by Brilliant Tutorials (henceforth called BT).

    This is presently impacting thousands of students in Delhi NCR area and also similar others across other towns of North India.

    BT conducts preparatory tutorial classes for IIT JEE, other engineering, medical, Banking and management entrance exams. My son Ashish Pandey also attends a 2-year classroom programme [session 2011-13, Enrolment No. [I2PS13DS0079] in BT, Kalu Sarai centre to prepare for Engineering entrances.

    BT has stopped taking classes without any prior notice to students and parents after 15th Oct 2011. On enquiry it was revealed by the insiders that BT has not paid salaries to its faculty and support staff for last 3 months. Faculty across all the branches stopped taking classes after making repeated representations to the management.

    Every week we were assured by Mr Srinivasan, a Board Member of BT [Mob No 9971796790], that the internal issues will be resolved by next Monday, which never materialised.

    After lot of persuasion, the owner and MD of BT, Ms Vasanti Neelakantan [Mob No 9840255922] circulated a letter to all the centres and parents that the issues will be resolved and classes ultimately would commence by 03 Nov 2011 [if not earlier].
    I also received an e-mail from their Managing Director, Ms Vasanthi Neelakantan, on 18th Nov'2011, that M/s Brilliant Tutorials is doing a tie-up with M/s CL Educate and will restart the classes. After that, we received no further intimation from them
    There are various versions to what is known as truth: BT has gone bankrupt, Teacher's dispute, internal family disputes etc etc. Best is that a few parents are standing at the centre day in day out with a faxed copy from Chennai which is a statement by Chairperson, Ms Vasanti Neelkanthan who has promised to get this resolved by November 3rd 2011 which is again as lame as evident from no action till date.

    That deadline also has passed now and we come across all the centres locked by the BT Management with Police force guarding it. None of the management members are receiving calls / or their Cellphones are switched off now, and the faculty has already shown its helplessness stating that they are just employees of this company and do not have any access to the management decisions.

    This is the situation after BT has already received Crores of rupees as fees from all the students for the current sessions. What is understood is that BT management has siphoned off the complete fund received as fees from the students for personal gains and do not have enough operational funds now to run their shop.

    As is evident, BT is neither taking the classes, nor transparently sharing it's further course of action with the parents and the students. As every single day of a student is much important in view of their preparations for the school exams and engineering entrances, we are not in position to keep waiting for BT to put its house in order [which is most unlikely], and ruin the careers of our children. Now as we are approaching other Coaching Institutes for admission of our children, we are being asked hefty fees, which we will be compelled to pay due to obvious reasons.

    In view of the above, I intend to file criminal proceedings against the BT Management [Ms Vasanti Neelakantan, Mr Srinivasan & other Board Members whose names I am not aware of] for ruining careers and lives of thousands of students, misappropriation of funds, fraud & cheating poor parents who are completely at the mercy of these institutes.

    I also seek direction to BT Management from the court to pay the following to all affected parents:
    1. To refund of complete fees (Rs.52346.00) paid by us to BT
    2. To pay the fees that we will be paying afresh to the new Institutes for continuing the studies of our children.
    3. To pay for the litigation cost of this complaint
    4. To pay for the damages for the mental trauma the students and parents have undergone
    5. To pay for the wasted time of the students and parents for efforts to find new Institutes for continuing their studies.

    Post extra charge taken by relince mobile store

    sir,
    the relince mobile store near petrol pump thatipur gwalior m.p. has taken extra charge for the MNP (mobile no portability) on 30/12/2011 at 5:00 p.m. They have charged me rs. 50 for the whole procedure,but later on i learnt that at the actual charge for the MNP was rs.21, thanx to relince customer care at the time of payment i have asked for the cash memo but they denied,
    i realy feel cheated and also request you to take stringent action against them.

    Default Reliance GSM customer care bad service

    I want to complaint for the service provided by the company. My number is 9691283308. My message voucher was renue on 25th january 2012 of Rs.39/- at 7 am and at the evening my balance had been dedueced 50 paise/msg. I had call customer care no.198 to resolve my problem on 26th january 2012, then he the executive told me that due to technical problem you are not able to take the benefit of msg pack, within 48 hours ur problem has been solved, but the problem not solved yet. I called on 28th january also for the same problem again he told me the same. on 29th jan I called again and I told the executive that I want to talk to your Manager she hold me 20 minutes and the call was disconnected I call on 30, 31,jan 1st, 2nd feb. no response. no. of tyms no response,no. of tyms I call that much tym they gave me th new compliant I.D. no. They are not resolving my problem. I called on another customer care no. also 9827098270 and *333 no solution. Please help me out from the problem and take some strick action.

    I have purchased Videocon Split AC of1 ton.I am facing cooling issue with my AC and I have lodged complaint many time with your company from May 2011 till date.I am sorry to say that your company sends people to solve my AC problem but they never solve it they just give causes of the problem but they never give solutions.And offlate Mr vicky keeps on tossing the calls and has a damm-care attitude.Your company has the worst and the poorest service and I fall short of words to describe your service and to rate your service I would rate it below 0.Your company has no caring attitude about customers and I have got the worst , bad , poorest experience about your company.

    My name is Ravi shankar verma, I have been told about the service Resume Zapper in which I have to pay Rs 1840rs so that my Resume will be send to different consultancies in India and abroad and said that it is lifetime one time payment only. I pay the amount and my Order ID for the same is RZ663328 but after some days they told me that u need to verify your document and demand another 950rs so that we provide your documents, company directly by us but I reject that offer then they told me that your 1850rs has no value if u not give another 950rs for your document verification. They also told me that no further communication will be done in future by us to you. So I want that money(1840rs) back.
    So please help me and give me justice.

    Default prepaid Mobile number 9993999646, MP circle Airtel

    This number had a balance of Rs. 250/- when it was suddenly disconnected. We reached out to Indore nodal point and they asked for more identity proofs. Mind you this was after almost 6 years of having taken this connection.

    The number has been switched on again, however, the balance of Rs. 250/- has not been given to this number.

    Angry Rediffshopping a big fraud

    Dear Sir

    I have purchased one saree from rediffshopping.order no.6936348 . The saree i purchased through cash on delivery for Rs 499+90 Rs for shipping. the saree came to me in time. While opening the parcel, i found the saree was damaged. So i mailed to rediff shopping. They replied me to send back the damaged item to the vendor, promising the give the courier charges for sending the saree to the vendor.

    Till now no action was taken from now a days they don't reply to mail at all. my 789/ rs gone simply. It is very fraud site please ban them. I tried to contact them through phone it was waste. no correct number.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    Would like to inform you that 99 Labels is cheating people at large.There are many complaints registered against them. I had purchased three kurtis from that website. All the three arrived in a pathetic state and were stinking and one was defective and the colour ran when I put them in plain water. When I reported the matter to them ,they wanted me to courier back the item i.e they wanted me to bear the expenses finally after persistent efforts they have taken back the product and deleted all information from my account so I don't pursue this matter.But to their bad luck I have all the details right from the communication,bill and even the courier reciept.
    They haven't refunded the money and not just mine I have read plenty of such complaints.In short, they are cheating people at large!
    Please investigate and have my money refunded to me and please stop such websites or take the strictest action possible as they are fooling the public and trying to make easy money!Order number 99287985

    I FIRST TIME PURCHASE MOBILE FROM HOMESHOP 18 MOBILE MICROMAX X222 AT THE COST 1999 IN 3 EMIS AND AFTER 24 DAYS MOBILE IS NOT ON . IT NOT TAKING THE CHARGING. MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING ATLEAST MOBILE IS NOT ON I CALL HOMESHOP MANY TIMES FIRST TIME THEY SAY THAT MOBILE IS REPLACE BECAUSE IT NOT COMPLETE ONE MONTH .AND THEY TOLD ME THAT WE GIVE U NEW NEW PHONE. AND AFTER 4 DAYS ONE PHONE IS COMING FROM HOMESHOP 18 AND HE SAY GO TO SERVICE CENTER . WHEN I WENT SERVICE CENTER THEY NOT TALK PROPERLY AND COST ME 380 SOMETHING OR ABOVE TO REPAIR MOBILE AND ONLY 20 DAYS GONE THAT I PURCHASED THE PHONE AT 1999 HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM .

    sir, my name is Satyendra Pandey from panipat tehshil camp nehru nagar h.no.-29 near nehru park.I had purchased one smart android mobile phone from tvc sky shop on 17 november 2011 but after 2 days it stopped working due to its worst quality and outdated technology, then i contacted to consumer support team of tvc skyshop and they told me to send the handset through courier and will be repaired and sent back to me within 10 working days but it doesnot happened. My order no . is oc2814147 and i have the proof of it as well as the courier no. which i had sent to the company.Sir I had also mailed to Kamlesh Bamne supervisor of customer support team but he replied that the parts of handset is not available and is under process and will be sent to you back in 10 working days.As i call to customer suport team they only gives me sympathy that handset will be sent to me soon.My cell no. is 9996814999 pls look deeply into my problem and solve it very soon.

    Hello, Rupesh Dodkey ( malad East)I have taken a car India Dle in 16 jan 2012 from Mr Manish fulzele (mansarowar navi mumbai), at that time I have given 80,000/s cash and he handover a car to me and remaining ammt 25000/- will he given aft documentation completion. He agreed for the same then he told me his agent Mr Subhashsish datta will paid tax and authorization and he will give you all document there after you can pay the remaining ammt. in feb 2012 Mr subhashish Datta came to my house and said you papers are ready ant you will get that in 2-3 days so you can give me a post dated check on the name of Mr manish fulzele so I have given check on his name check was cleared bu still I have not receive any original document. I lodge a complaint in calamboli police station but they call him and told me you people handle this we do not handle such small complain I dont understand wht to do however vehicle was T-permit and I am spending money for maintenance and no profit came as I do nt have document with me . Please help me.
