Dear Sir,

On 4th Jan 2010, I ordered for a Reebok Lite Shoes from India Today Book club on which a Reebok watch was offered as a gift since it was my first purchase. I am highly disappointed as the service has not performed as it should be because firstly there was a delay in the shipment of the product and after much delays I received the Parcel. But to my surprise it was a wrong product. Membership number with India oday Book club is ITBC10214373.After a long discussion on phone they told me to courier back the parcel and after that they will ship the correct order.

I have returned the courier back and paid the extra courier charges for the return. Since that i have been chasing for the right courier and wasting our valuable call, time and money.

The promise was that the courier will be delivered in weeks’ time but still but nothing happened. March 2nd we made a call and asked for same , still was no answer , so we asked for refund.
Refund was promised that which reach us in 10 days but still nothing from you people. I have blocked our money since 3 months now.

Then after continuos follow ups they told me that they will refund my money after their audits are done which were suppose to happen on 14th april,2010. But even after all the audits..these people dont give me the proper date for my refund and its status and are delaying it for no reason.

Please help me out. I have given them Consumer Court warnings too but all in vain. The total amount to be refunded is Rs 1200/-
