I had ordered few toys on 4th April 2010 ( Order # 112291001) using my Lufthansa mils ( 16926) but later on I had to cancelled the order due some problem in shipping address.

I got the refund back of 16926 Lufthansa mills on 9th April 2010. But on same day again 11,070 Lufthansa mills have detected from account without any purpose.

I had very bad experience using Indiatimes shopping portal, It is almost one month i am facing this problem and made many complains in customer care but not possible and timely reply from them and also whenever I tried to call at their customer care number , they tried put all the blame on me....They are not at all friendly and not ready to listen to others...This is worst portal i saw in my life...I have used many shopping portal in India and abroad...but I found Indiatimes is worst........

I will request you people not use this portal for your shopping...
