It is a complaint against Homeshop18. I purchased a product named Army Helicoper priced Rs 1199/- through order no 702886161. As it was faulty one so I send this back to the address as told by Homeshop18 dated 02/03/10, which was confirmed by the company that product has been received dated 04/03/2010 and it is in process. After that I called them many time in customer care but no satisfactory answer I get and whenever I enquired about my product they always made a false promise that you wil get it within a week. But next week never came even today 12/04/2010. Once they gave me a complaint no 4041880 dated 30/03/2010 and ensure to deliver the product within a week. But it never happened till date. Kindly look into the matter and help me regarding the matter.
