Hi,
I received a pamplet with the HDFC credit card statement, about the emi options AVA merchandising is providing for the HDFC card holders. Since, we got the advertisement, though HDFC, I beleived that to be genuine and ordered 2 blackberry phone on Feb 25,2010.Still I have not receieved the product. Whenever, i call AVA Merchandising customer care, they are telling by that weekend, they will send the product. But its already 2 months and still they have not dispatched the product. I asked them to cancel the product but they are saying their software is down and cant cancel. And if they cancel also they will revert the money only after 2 months. I have already paid the first emi. Now i am trying to get the product details through HDFC. But the bank is giving a AWB no and asked to check with the courier office. But that an invalid no. I am talking with the bank customer care for more than 2 weeks. They are also not giving a valid response. They are simply saying our bank marketing team is working on this.But no reply still. I have raised an request with the bank grievences cell. Please advice me what can be done on this?![]()
