I placed an order for a Logitech webcam and received a Frontech webcam, imported in March 2007!!!!

And I ordered a regular Automatic OMRON BP Monitor and received a wrist model, which are known for inaccurate readings.

I am very sorry to have placed the order for the products without doing my home work, and after reading so many posts here, I can see that this shopping portal is out to cheat its customers.

The order no s are 3008447 and 3008448 respectively for the BP monitor and the webcam.
The payment of Rs. 3569/- was made through my citi bank credit card, through HDFC gateway on 3d April 10.

I have asked for a refund and can you help me get the same so that they don't wriggle out of it?

I ordered for the following.. peal sets. but received some cheapy glittery gaudy stuff.
How could they say that they offered 94% discount. I do not want to have it as it looks so cheapy.. What should I do to return it. The order number was 112279277 shipped on 31st March and reached me today ie 9th April. Following is the content displayed on the site. According to them, I was supposed to get 4 sets of pearls. Even the package says it is Mall4all Best offer ever in pearls. How can I get the one I had ordered or to get the money back for the wrong shopment.
