    Is their any procedure to ban the Website who are doing online frauds, Recently I received a SMS that earn 45000/- par month and mention their website name, I know they are totally fraud , Dear friend if you also receive such type of SMS then launch the complaint against them, they are fraud people.

    Dear All,



    I am writing this letter to all the above with an intention to report the incident
    to the concerned authorities so that an action can be taken. And to reach people who
    are planning to take any kind of services from Make My Trip in India or abroad.



    In the below passages I will write in detail about my experience with this
    unprofessional organization and how people involved in this organization mislead
    innocent customers and manipulate things. The whole incident took place between
    15th Mar , 2009 – 14th April,2009



    I am an NRI based in Dubai and was looking for a holiday package to Europe for a
    week’s duration. After going through many advertisements in the newspapers and
    websites I finally found a trip “European Highlights” being offered by makemytrip.com



    This package was offered on their India website. Since I am based in Dubai ,I
    contacted their India office through their online chat option. I was serviced by a
    chat operator “Jitender Sharma”. He told me that I can avail the same offer from
    Dubai as well as they have an office there too. The office in Dubai is by the name
    of Apollo Flight Centre.



    The very next day I called up Apollo Flight Center to enquire about the said
    package. I was serviced by a lady called “Gertrude Gachugu” , she asked me to visit
    their UAE based website for further details. On visiting the site I got the below information:



    Package Name – European Highlights

    Price - USD 1499 per person on twin sharing basis.

    Duration - 6 nights and 7 days.

    Departure Date - 25 July,2009



    (Information as published on their website is saved in the document attached.)



    The above package included the Air Fare , Hotel Accommodation , Sight Seeing , Meals
    and Guided Tours etc.



    The above details suited my requirement; hence I contacted Ms Gertrude from Apollo
    Flight Centre to give me the final quote for 4 adults and 3 infants so that I can
    book the package. And this is where the whole PROBLEM started.



    This lady was completely IGNORANT of the package/process and for more than a week
    she kept giving me different quotes and prices. Every time I used to ask for any
    additional information regarding the package, her previous quote would change
    without any reason. On asking why the rate has changed, she would have no answer.
    This was getting very irritating and confusing for me. During all this confusion I
    am being contacted by Mr. Malco Rodriguez (GM, Apollo Flight Centre) He apologized
    for the incorrect information being provided by his staff and assured me that in a
    day or two he will personally provide me with all the services that I require.



    In spite of talking to Mr. Malco Rodriguez (GM, Apollo Flight Centre), there was no
    progress and for more than 7 days I still did not had a quote of the package.



    Going through all this and still waiting, I decided to bring it to the notice of
    Mr. Deepak Kalra (CEO, makemytrip.com) , hoping that things would get streamlined.




    I wrote my complete incident to Mr. Deepak Kalra (CEO, makemytrip.com) and copied
    Mr. Malco Rodriguez (GM, Apollo Flight Centre). Within half an hour I received a
    call from Mr. Malco Rodriguez (GM, Apollo Flight Centre).. He tried to pacify me and
    AG AIN apologized for everything that had gone wrong.



    I would like to quote his words here “Mr. Kashyap, I would not be able to sleep
    until and unless I resolve your matter”.



    Mr. Malco Rodriguez (GM, Apollo Flight Centre) asked me for a day’s time to resolve
    the issue. The next day I got a call from him that he had finalized the prices and
    everything but he would require another 2-3 hours to confirm on the departure dates.
    I had started to feel comfortable that now the things are speeding up but I was
    wrong. There was no communication from him since then till date.



    Another 2-3 days passed and time was running. I had no clue what was going on as no
    one was in a position to help me out here. It had been approximately 10 days and
    till date I did not had the quote.



    Seeing no response AG AIN from makemytrip.com Dubai office , I AG AIN wrote to Mr.
    Deepak Kalra (CEO, makemytrip.com).



    This time I was contacted over the email by Ms Geeta Eral (Manager - Customer
    Delight, makemytrip.com). She apologized for all the inconvenience that I had to go
    through because of makemytrip.com and assured me that she will get back to me on
    resolving the issue ASAP. She also mentioned that I can write back to her for any
    issues directly. I thought that this time something will happen and I will finally
    be able to book a package for my family and friends but as earlier I was wrong.



    Ms Geeta Eral did not replied to me for another 2-3 days . I was wondering what is
    happening on my issue. On writing back to Ms Geeta Eral for the status on my issue ,
    I got a reply that we are working out on the departure dates and it would take
    another 3-4 days for finalizing the same. I got really very irritated. I was unable
    to understand what they were trying to finalize ?? Everything that a customer needed
    was mentioned on the banner of their website. I was not asking for a customized
    package for myself but only what was mentioned on their website. I wrote back to Ms
    Geeta Eral (copying the CEO) strongly that why it is taking so long to book a
    package which is advertised on your website. I even asked her to let me know if
    their company was not in a position to offer the package as advertised on their
    website. I got no reply from her.



    It had been around 15 days that I have been breaking my head with staff of
    makemytrip.com but no resolution.



    After 20 days I am being contacted by Mr. Manoj Gagwani (Head International Business
    India , makemytrip.com).



    As usual he ALSO apologized and gave me the same stories which I have already heard
    from Mr. Malco Rodriguez and Ms Geeta Eral. He asked me to give him 2-3 days and he
    will finalize everything and get back to me.



    Even after a week there was no response from Mr. Manoj Gagwani (Head International
    Business India , makemytrip.com). I completely understood that they are just trying
    to fool customers and not in a position to offer what they have stated on their
    website.



    I wrote my last mail to Mr. Deepak Kalra (CEO, makemytrip.com) copying all the above
    people with whom I have corresponded with. I clearly wrote that I will be
    highlighting this whole incident to the relevant authorities in India and UAE so
    that innocent customers are not cheated. But STILL there was no revert from anyone.




    This clearly shows that they don’t have any respect for the law or for customers.



    In the end I would like to strongly highlight/summarize the below points:



    Ø Staff working in makemytrip.com unaware/ignorant of what their company is
    advertising.

    Ø Service level of makemytrip.com is far below the standards.

    Ø Misleading information being published on their website as well as brochures.

    Ø Unable to provide what is being promised in the advertisements. This is an
    offense in the eyes of the law.

    Ø Lot of hidden cost not told to the customer at the time on enquiry, which is
    the reason prices keep changing every time.

    Ø Cheating Indian as well as foreign customers by their planned nexus.



    It is my kind request to take this incident seriously and take strong action against
    such organizations who are looting customers money , breaking all the laws and still
    doing business.



    I am only one of such thousand customers who had been mislead by makemytrip.com and
    have taken the initiative to write to the concerned authorities.

    Default Re Flight Center Trip From Hell

    My name is Rod and my partner Wen came into Flight Centre yesterday 9/02/2010 around midday and spoke with you regarding my booking in which I made in October 2009 and paid for 2 days later by electronic transfer as I was told I had to pay within two days . Why on earth did I have to pay within 2 days. When I travelled prior I paid a deposit and had thirty days to pay. Why?
    I booked for my daughter Tamara Halemba and myself Wendy Stewart for a holiday to Thailand 3 nights in Bangkok staying Siam @ Siam and departing Bangkok and heading to Phuket staying at Graceland spa resort Patong till 11 April 2010.
    Later Rod paid for a fare to accompany myself and Tamara, paid by credit card over the phone and was told he had to pay then to hold the flight and booking.
    Myself and Rod came in Saturday morning 30/01/2010 and spoke with a lady to confirm our flights and to collect our tickets. The three bookings were confirmed on that day and I was happy, except that the flights had been changed as I noticed on the paperwork presented on that day and I was not notified of such change and therefore we lost a day. The lady was very helpful and arranged that they move the flight to a day earlier to accommodate the departure time for the 3 nights in Bangkok. ( 1 good thing)
    Rod actually presented me the Itinerary today that you had issued for our trip and the flights with the three of us have been confirmed by myself and I agree, but the accommodation is completely wrong as in time for arrival and departure and we need a triple not twin. (are we all sleeping in one bed)? We need as you see a triple room and Rods Itinerary for accommodation was missing.
    To my dismay I have had nothing but problems with Flight Centre from the start of my dream holiday and trust that you will endeavour to make it my dream, as I am so disappointed that
    1. Paperwork incorrect
    2. Flight cancelled from Brisbane leaving 1 minute to Midnight instead of the 14.20pm therefore loosing 1 night stay
    3. Rods accommodation Itinery not presented with the Flight Itinerary.
    4. You have been informed that Tamara is going and to get a phone call saying you are refunding her money without even contact from her is beyond a joke
    5. Your off sider has informed myself that Thai does not refund, this is a Thai policy she said, We later have looked into this and found that its incorrect as now we have copy of Thai policy.
    6. As stated, all was confirmed on 31/01/2010 with three of us travelling.
    Just make it that way until she is in contact with you herself. Or better still maybe you can just go out of your way for at least a minute phone her to confirm her flight and then we all know what's happening and we will all be happy. Tamara phone number is as follows 0403 470 540

    I trust that you can alleviate all the confusion and ask the traveller if she requires the booking as she has paid $2,206.50 in full 2 days after in was booked 5 months prior to travel. maybe I should charge you for making interest on our money for the 5 months ( I don't think Flight Centre would like that at all).
    I leave it in your capable hands to fix and return the correct Itinerary by email.

    I sent off another $730.00 and forwarded the recipts in which Flight Centre acknowledged. On Monday 22/02/2010 I forwared an email requesting the tickets and Itinerary to be ready and I will collect them on Thursday 25/02/2010. An email came back stating that they would return the $730.00 due to no accomodation. I immediately got on line and booked/ enquired over the net and accomodation is available.
    I then contacted flight centre and then they informed me there was no flights. I rang Thai airlines and spoke with Eric to see if any flights are available on the 27/03/2010 at 11-59pm and the answer was a YES.
    I then immediately sent flight centre an email stating that I had checked and the flight are available to book and make sure my daughter is on it. Yes they would with another payment of $1,997.00.
    Funny thing though accommodation on the itinerary we collected today says that we have a double bed and sigle. HUMMMMMMM the mind boggles. Thats all we ask for.
    No body wants to listen to us small people or a Vietnam Veteran who has served his counrty and the people risking his own life, health and well being.
    God help us Australia if this counrty is becoming a your a nothing and only small bugger you!!!.
    As you can see the Flight Center does not give two hoots this is ahppening all over not just one or two Flight Centers.
    We are being Ripped off where do we go from here

    Default complaint against saholic website

    I ordered a LG mobile for online shopping on date 7 oct 2011 and the expected date of delivery was given as 12 oct 2011. But company did not delivered it till 17 oct every time i called help desk they told low inventory and did not give satisfactory answer then I cancelled my order now they are not updating the status of my order and not refunding the money.
    I am suffering with mental stress as i borrowed that amount some other person.
    Please justify.

    Default naaptol.com made fraud with me...

    Hi there,actually I filed a complaint that I received a material from NAPTOL which was broken and defected.My order number was 2711262 and product is (VOX Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car).When I received the material it was broken as I mentioned earlier and on the same day I call Customer Care guys and registered a complaint.My registered complaint number is : 1817129.But till now I didn't get any reply from them.So,its my request to resolve this problem as soon as possible.It will really be appreciated.

    Default Timtara is a fraud company

    Beware of Timtara.com as he is not delivering the product which i have booked on 18th feb 2012 neither refunding my money....not only me theres hundards of people who has been cheated by this company....this company is providing attractive discounts just to accept the orders.Theres must be some govt rules to stop such types of site...If anyone knows about the procedure of making complaint against such company do tell me and help me and others also....

    Default Shoppingmantra.com is totally unreliable.

    It was a terrible day for when I shopped at shoppingmantra.com. They are totally untrustworthy. They short supply the items. The quality is questionable. Promised deliveries are not kept. They have no procedure to take back the deficient product. They are wall. No questions shall be answered by them. They do not attend phones. They do nothing about your grievances.
    Cellnext.com systems the gateway for transaction are suspect. The failed transaction is not automatically refunded as with other companies. Their managers are insensitive to the customers failed transaction. They even phoned me to shut up because I was addressing my grievance. They ask proof for the failed transactions from the customer instead of the merchant…shopping mantra.com
    I would suggest all the prospective shoppers to shop at their own risk. It is total waste of time money and energy.
    I have with me all the relevant documents of correspondence with them to prove their insensitivity. I like to have suggestions from all your readers how best to address my grievance.
