The site recommended that I carry the print out to the theatre to collect the tickets.

I showed the print out at the delivery window where I was asked to show a photo id. I showed him my PAN card. The person wanted to take a photocopy of the same before issuing the tickets to me. I book airline tickets on the web but no airline has photocopied my photo id before issuing me the boarding card.

I am not sure if the management of the theater is even aware of the huge security risk they are exposing their patrons to by asking untrained staff to take photocopies of such vital documents.

Neither the site Book Movie Tickets, buy movie tickets, theatre tickets, Plays Ticket, Live Concert,New Year Parties Tickets Booking online on BookMyShow nor the BIG cinema web site informs the patrons of this requirement.

The management of BIG Cinema should be asked to stop this practice ASAP and be made responsible for any data theft of the data in thier possession.
