CROOK online store BAG IT - INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB Dear Sir,
This payment of Rs.5498/- was made on 28-01-2010 having Order No. BAGITTODAY/0GA100002208 & Billing ID: 997807618 for Nokia 3500 Classic Phone & Other Gift Vouchers and things. The same was cancelled voluntarily by India Today department without my concent or information for which I was informed on 19-02-2010, since then I have send numerous mails for refund, which is still pending, even after 2 months of payment and more than 1 month after the cancellation.
This kind of perthetic, unethical, un-professional and down the grade service was not at all expected from a company who is a part of a reputed news group i.e. INDIA TODAY GROUP.

As you mentioned that you have already mailed the Customer Care but still no refund, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of the India times shopping via registered post and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + damages within the mentioned time in the notice. Wait for their response and revert us back.
