    Default CCavenue errors and lack of transperancy/poor customer support

    i made a payment for mol points at global.mol.com using netbanking with ccavnue
    the payment was for Rs 2,999 on 24 feb 2010
    however,while the amount was deducted from my bank ccavenue took 7 days to finaly claim they had recieved it,after this they claim its been sucessfully acpeted at the merchant website
    however the merchant webiste when contacted claim its still with ccavenue,even after 3 days cc avenue has refused to acknowldge the payment hasnt gone through,each time giving a different date when it was accpeted

    Now cc avenue claims they have no refund option,contrary to whats posted in their website,even though i pointed it out that they have it posted on their website their customer representative told me once its processed they wont refund it(even though it hasnt been really processed as per the merchant)

    What are CCAvenue's refund and end customer dispute policies?
    CCAvenue maintains a customer-friendly refund policy. This keeps our administrative costs under control in two ways: First, it reduces the amount of time spent researching customer inquiries; and secondly, it reduces the occurrence of chargeback disputes. (A chargeback dispute is a refund that is forced by the customer's Credit Card company.)
    Granting Refund to customer:-
    In most situations when a customer asks for a refund, we want to try our best to grant that refund. Here are some guidelines on our refund and dispute policies: The Seller sets a time limit: The sub-merchant is required to set the refund time limit on his/her site depending on the goods sold on his/her site. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, the client should accept the product back and grant a refund. If desired, a client may specify that shipping charges are not refundable; however we would prefer to refund the shipping charges as well.




    CCavenue has a lot of problems with their processing,its bordering fraudelant practices
    Now they refuse to even acknowledge a refund,stating only the merchant can do it
    what can i do
    im sick of running around since 12 days for something that was supposed to be cleared instanlty
    in light of ccavnues claims of 1stly not recieving payment from icici n later backtracking that its arived im more inclined to believe the merchant,furthermore thyeve given me 3 different times of when its been accepted by the merchant which makes me doubt their claims

    I think you have to send a legal notice to the CCAvenue via registered post ( keep one copy and the registered post slip with you this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum), attach all the print copy of email and wait for their response as mentioned in the notice.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference and revert us back.

    Default error has been occured during recharge time

    error has been occured during recharge time and amount deducted from my account but recharge not happened

    Default deduct the balance from my friends acount but not recharge

    i recharged rs.110.00 from my friends account.balance deducted. but not recharge in my account.my mobile no is 9861015012(portability to bsnl).error code--- 2029.please reharge or is not possible then refund to my friends account no 10750929001.

    Unhappy payment deducted from account but not reached the merchant

    I made online payment to elitmus.com today (8 april, 2011) of Rs 699 through debit card which occured through CCAvenue.

    But it seems the payment has occured and the amount from my account is also deducted but the payment is not yet recieved by elitmus.
    can u please look into the matter..

    Default CC avenue-Very very poor service

    My Account is debited and as per bank confirmation, the money has gone to CC avenue but cc avenue is taking month together to respond.very very pathetic servivce by CC avenue.
