I have ordered one Reebok lite shoes on 4th Jan 2010. they dispacthed a parcel after 1 month that too a wrong parcel with a track suite.. that too after following up for 15 times. they send a worng parcel. dispcached it back to them and then started follwing up again.. Every time a new person picks up the call and gives stories that your order is of track suit not shoes but my website shows shoes.. till date i am following up for the same, but they cook all the stories that it will be dispacted we have taken your complain and will do the needful and no one follws up.

they are total fraud , i have asked for refund and they say it will also take 1 month.. i am sick and tierd of same.. Please help.
