complaint against GOIBIBO Complaint against GOIBIBO ticket booking company
Sir, I booked tickets worth Rs.11022 on 31st of december 2009 but GOIBIBO's network got some problem & my money was deducted and tickets were not booked. it has been almost 2 months & since then i called their customer care as well as through mail, each time..they used to tell me that in next 3,4 days that money will be credited in your credit card. Dont know what to do. sir, please help me

Hello,
We have gone through your complaint, as you mentioned that you have already contacted to the GOIBIBO customer care but they were failed to provide you any solution, so you need to send a written notice to the CMD of GOIBIBO via registered post( keep one copy with you, this may help if you need to knock the consumer forum ), mention all the details in it and attach the print copy of emails and ask them for the full refund + 12% interest + damages within the mentioned time in the Notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.

Goibio complaint Sir/Madam,
I am feeling very sorry to inform that i have been receiving a very unsatisfactory and unexpected service from goibibo.com]Cheapest Airfare, Cheapest Flights in India, Cheap Airfare on all Flights in India, Travel in India, Book Domestic Flight tickets in India at Goibibo[/url].
I booked my ticket from Kolkata to Mumbai for 30th of April,2011 the PNR being LCGRRC.I wanted to cancel the ticket and so i called up the customer care agent and enquired about the cancellation charges for which I was informed that the cancellation charges are Rs.750+250 which means Rs.1000 for each passenger.After reconfirming the amount I processed the request for the cancellation of the ticket with total cancellation charges as Rs.3000 for all the three passengers which meant I was about to get the refund amount of Rs.75XX.
Yesterday morning I again got an e-mail stating my refund amount around Rs.74XX which would have been Rs.75XX as told by the customer care agent.
Again i got a call from the customer care agent informing that the refund amount is rs.64XX according to some rules and regulations.
If the cancellation charges were so much then i would not have cancelled the ticket and now as the customer care agent says that if i want then i can stop the ticket from getting cancelled and thus I can still fly from the same ticket to the destination to which i would like to inform that i have already booked another ticket which i cant cancel now.
And till date I have not received any refund amount till date.
After sending so many mails to the goibibo, I have not received any reply from their side.
Once the customer careexecutive called me up and asked for a solution for this to which they said that they can provide me with some more discount coupons to which i neglected and asked for the full refund process to which he denied and after that I too gave a solution to them if they really wanted to compensate is that they may not charge the goibibo cnacellation charge to which he agreed. but again few a days ago when i called up the customer care agent then i was being informed that the refund amount is 64XX.
Please help me to get fair decision

I am very disappointed to inform you that the service provided by Goibibo.com is nothing but just pathetic. On 30th march in afternoon I was informed by one of their executive over phone that charges for cancellation is Rs 450/- (200 from airline and 250 ibibo). and for rescheduling it is Rs 1000/- (750 from airlines and 250 from Goibibo). The reference ticket no. I used was 33384.
But later they deducted 1000/- while cancelling my ticket. The Booking id is FMN0DZG1DPU I requested them to cancel only my return ticket (from Delhi to Mumbai on 14th May 2011). When I called them up again then their executive Mr. Paul told me that cancellation charges are 1000/- and not 450 and they deducted Rs 1000/-.
I sent them mail regarding this that you can verify what your executive told me on 30th from the recordings as they must have recorded the conversation between me and their executive, But no response at all
They offered me coupon which is of no use and I told them the same. There is no response from them after that. I sent them many mails but they are no responding at all. Its a matter of Rs 550/-
Could you please provide me any solution for this as they are not responding at all and i need my money back. Its their mistake and they have resources from where they can verify it.
If possible can you please give me phone no or email address of any higher authority from Goibibo to whom i can say all this

GOIBIBO Refund Pending
Hi,
I booked a ticket on 8th Sep 2011 and cancelled on 31st October 2011(Date of travel was 3rd Nov 2011) and After so many calls,I got the refund back on 10th November 2011 and that too of Rs401 but the actual refund was Rs 3402.I have been calling the customer care from past two months and every time they are giving me same reason"Your refund is under process and it will be done in next 48 hours" .I am really disappionted with your service. My PNR no is HBZ3BT .

GOIBIBO - Amount deducted but ticket not received I had received sms from IBIBO that Transaction No. 3028926 for Rs. 6283 done for goibibo has succeeded just few minutes back. I had booked a return ticket from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and return for Jan 10, 2012. My total fare charges were Rs. 6283 which was deducted from my credit card. I spoke to Manraj Singh from Gurgaon IBIBO call center on 09213025552 and he told me that my booking has not been confirmed and my amount is still with my bank and the same will reflect back in 24 hours time. Please confirm me the same urgently, since this is question of my hard earned money of Rs. 6283/-. My contact no. is 9004173334 - Kishore Gurudasani.
I had already spoken to IBIBO call center team three times since yesterday, but still nothing is been done till now.
First I spoke to Manraj Singh from IBIBO call center and he told me that transaction is failed and the money will appear in your bank account in next 24 hours.
Than I called Citibank call center and they said that money is debited from my account but the merchant has not claimed the money till now and the money cannot be put back in your account till next 30 days time.
Than I spoke to another call center IBIBO executive and he said that there is IBIBO website problem and the respective problem will be resolved soon.
Than today morning I spoke to Divya Kamboj, IBIBO call center executive at around 11:50 am and she confirmed that IBIBO has received the money of Rs. 6283/- but she did not give me any timelines as to by when will I get my tickets.
I am in a very bad irritating situation now. No proper resolution provided to me. If I would have booked ticket again based on the words of IBIBO call center executive Manraj Singh, than I would have ended booking two tickets for myself on the same flight, that too at the same time and same date.
These kind of services and wrong information is not acceptable at all.
Kindly look into this and provide me resolution at the earliest. Otherwise let me know as to with which senior person can I talk and get my problem resolved.

Dear Kishore even me I face almost the same thing as you do and am really disturbed with it. I booked a ticket and the required amount already deducted from my account but I don't receive the e-ticket so far and the only notice I received from the company at the mobile was payment failure contact the customer care and I contact them but to no email

Complaint D/Sir,
I am a consumer of DISH TV , according to offer for which I have received sms to my registered mobile bearing no 9436021316 that if i will recharge by rs 700, i will get one month extra as bonus and i have recharged on 30 or 31 May, 2012 but did not get one month extra, when i confirmed to customer service they informed me that i have only rs 35 and i have got a sms on 02/06/2012 from DISH TV to my mobile 9436021316 as "Dear subscriber, Congratulations! Your dishtv recharge entitles you to a discount voucher fr om GoIBIBO worth Rs. 1500. Voucher details will be sent shortly. TnC" but i did not get voucher details yet for this purpose customer care of dishtv, they informed me that it will be sent by goibibo very soon but they didnot sent upto date,
My complaint is that why they are making fool of the public? if they will not satisfy me i and all my relative/friends will disconnect dishtv and boycott goibibo.

Fake ticket sellers Goibibo.com I booked a return Air ticket to Delhi - Melbourne(AUS dep-23-Oct-2012, Arr 19-Nov-2012) ref id GOFLI4F4FA1347801327 from Goibibo.com site on 16th September 2012 at 6:49 p.m. I received an email to get the confirmed e-ticket in 15 min, but didn't get any response for the next 4.5 hours.When I called the customer support team,as i didn't received any information even after paying the full price for the ticket, they told me that your ticket can't be booked due to some issues with the Jet airways and China Southern Airways.
But when I checked the site during the call, as well as till now I am still getting that same ticket for the same price, which shows how inconsistent is the site which displays wrong information to the customer and are openly cheating the customers by first showing the cheap fares, and then not booking the ticket without informing the customers. I was not informed about this problem until i called them to check the status.
When i called the customer support team of Goibibo.com finally they told that we can't do anything, you have to pay more money to get your tickets booked in other flight or we will refund the money by deducting some charges. Firstly goibibo.com sends a mail to send the reserved e-tickets in 15 min, but they don't send any information for the next 4.5 hours and now they expect the customer to pay more money to buy ticket or pay goibibo processing fee for deducting the amount from my card and not booking the ticket without informing the customer.
I even mailed the Management of goibibo.com for this but i didn't received any response from them as well. Please help me in getting my tickets at the same price on that same date, as these sites are openly cheating the customers by displaying fake fares on there site and then ask for more money.
Please find attached the copy of ticket confirmation (mticket.jpg) and the snapshot of the currect site still displaying that same flight with same fare (currectTicket.jpg).

Complaint against Goibibo Sir,
I had booked flight on 28 july from new delhi to madurai-SG 303 and july 30 from madurai to new delhi-SG 306. I cancelled one ticket on july 30 from madurai to new delhi.
I have not received my refund amount inspite of doing so many calls to customer care at Goibibo.com.Every time I talked to customer representative,they said it is under process.It will be credit in 3-4 days.Now it been more than a month.

cheating cheaters and cheaters Dear All,
The worst experience. never book the tickets with GOIBIBIO. I had booked my flight tonight from this site. I had selected the date of today of 25th of going till the payment I did it was showing the same date of going but while confirming the ticket it gave me the confirmation of next day that is 26th. I called up immediately to make them the necessary changes but all in vain. Trust me I have the live proof of my colleagues seating with me and were astonished it was booked of 26th January. It was really their site and system error. Called up customer care but they were not ready to accept.please request you never book ur tickets from this site.

Gross violation of consumer rights by GoIbibo I booked a hotel for four days through GoIbibo. In their voucher, they mention that your booking is confirmed, and you do not need to contact hotel but to my horror, when I reached the concerned cit, I was told by the hotel that the hotel is overbooked and they will adjust me in some other hotel. They put me in a hotel in a dingy lane. Though I had booked and paid for the highest category room (super deluxe) in the initial hotel, I was provided an ordinary room in a much inferior hotel. As a large conference was going on in the city and I had no other option at that night hour, I had to check-in under protest. All initial and subsequent complaints to Goibibo were futile, and they refused to refund my money stating that I have availed the other hotel. Now, I will have to file a case against them in consumer court for justice. How should I proceed?

GOIBIBO : Cancellation of a ticket – refund Hi,
I had booked a round trip ticket through goibibo from Bangalore to Ahmedabad.
Carrier : Spicejet
Onward journey : 19th Jan 2013
Return journey : 21st Jan 2013
PNR : TLIHAL
There were some changes in my plan and i wanted to cancel the onward journey.
I was not allowed to do so and was told that since the ticket was booked at a discounted round trip fare, partial cancellation is not allowed.
I called them up thrice and also talked to their senior customer executive but to no avail.
On further investigation, i found out that it was nowhere mentioned that the ticket i booked was at discounted fare. So logically i should be allowed partial cancellation.
I bought up this issue with concerned authority and they had no answer for it.
They didnt allow the cancellation nor did they refund the money. I feel cheated.
I have snapshots of the screen proving my point. If this issue is not resolved i will be forced to publish them.

Goibibo Service Dear Sir,
I would like to convey my sincere thanks for the really good service and fantastic arrangement and support by Goibibo.
1. I booked the Guesthouse through Goibibo on 7th Jan (mail below)
2. Called up the guest house at the number provided in the mail below several times (to know the exact address and landmark), no one picked up.
3. Called up goibibo twice to understand if this is confirmed and why the guesthouse is not picking up the call? goibibo customere exc told that its confirmed no need to worry, they will inform the Hotel so that the hotel will call me. I did not receive any call.
4. I called up go ibibo again on 15th to know the landmark (as no Plot no is mentioned for the Hotel), they told that the booking is confirmed.
5. 16th I went to to Hotel at 3 O' Clock for check in, I stood at Sector V for guidance, called up the Hotel noone picked up. Called up goibibo customercare, they told the Hotel will call.
6. Within 5 mins I received the call from the Hotel, they asked me when I booked, for how many days etc. Then said, they dont have a Room here. Instructed me to go to another guesthouse of theirs (pathetic condition).
7. I along with my wife and Child went there. Good.
8. Surprisingly the person there told that they have the room only for 1 night, so we have to shift to another Hotel next day.
9. They shifted us to another hotel the next day.
10. I had already paid you, did not have any other option but to follow them.
BRILLIANT AND LIFETIME EXPERIENCE WE GOT CUZ OF YOU. I Want my Refund.
