I ordered 3 Benetton watches in April Last year for the amount of 1497.00 which was paid by credit card. After some time I received a packet containing only one watch. I opened the packet in presence of the courier delivery boy and called the customer care in his presence. I was asked to ship back the single watch so that the full merchandise can be shipped. I duly sent the said watch back to the address I was provided by Blue Dart. I waited for a week and called them again. I was told that the receipt of the package was not updated in their data ao the person on the line could not take a call. However they promised a prompt response. After a months calling I was asked for the delivery proof which I emailed in the same Format that was sent to me by Blue Dart. After that it has been worse that running a marathon. I have probably spent almost a 1000.00 on phone asking the same thing. it seems they are champions at this otherwise they would have addressed the issue long back. I have all the reference numbers with name and dates along with the E Mail communication with me. Is there any authority or anybody who can just put a thumb on this practice.
