We suggest you to take a screen shot of the terms and conditions of Naptol, apart from this send a written notice to the CMD of Naptol via registered post (as the customer care people are failed to provide you the positive solution ) , mention all the details in it, attach the copy of screen shot, and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + damages + cost of communication else you will drag them to the consumer forum for not following their own policy and doing false business practice. Wait for their reply and revert us back.
