    Default Refund not paid by Naaptol.com online shopping since last 60 days.

    Hi,

    Online Shop Name: Naaptol.com
    Order no : 133310
    Name : Ravindra B Chaudhari

    I had ordred a ephone on 30th December 2009 and cancelled my order on 31st December 2009.
    Referring Naaptol terms I had cancelled my order within 24 hours after booking. But they had sent me the product and I had returned the same.
    Naaptol had received this product on 8th Feb 2010.
    I had made first request for refund on 11th Jan 2009.
    Then I had called several times to Naaptol service support, but did not get any positive feedback of my refund.
    On 23 Feb 2010 they have said that "you are asked for product replacement".
    But I never requested for product replacement and thay are lying now.
    And said me that make a fresh request for refund.
    This is very disgusting that thay hesitating to refund my money.
    Every time I had called Naaptol and theie reply was "you will get your refund in 15 days.
    This process is never ending and decided to file complaint on Consumer Forum.

    Hello,

    We suggest you to take a screen shot of the terms and conditions of Naptol, apart from this send a written notice to the CMD of Naptol via registered post (as the customer care people are failed to provide you the positive solution ) , mention all the details in it, attach the copy of screen shot, and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + damages + cost of communication else you will drag them to the consumer forum for not following their own policy and doing false business practice. Wait for their reply and revert us back.
