I had booked a bunch of roses on 13th feb 2010. Order No: 5791960 Date:2010-02-13 Order Status :Registered
The bouquet has not been delivered till date (21 Feb 2010). There is no proper response from the Customer Care too. Neither they are saying about delivering the order nor they are talking about refund. This is really not acceptable and was never expected from Rediff Shopping.

I have recently bought an item "Universal Remote Control For All TV DVD VCR VCD" online from rediffshopping.com but got cheated. The seller "Ojjas Enterprises" sent an used, broken, not functioning remote control by cleaning the old remote. When tried to leave a feedback against the seller, the said link is not functioning in the website of rediffshopping. It seems rediff is also getting a share from the cheat sellers. I will never recommend anyone to buy from rediffshopping. The details of the order is given below :-

I ordered a mobile phone on Rediff shopping, I received a mobile phone but a different model cheaper than, what I ordered, I sent back to Ojjas as per Rediff, They sent me again another mobile phone, this time also a different model, and a used one. Now they are not replying to my emails
