As on 4 th of june 2010 i ordered for Black Berry and the payment was made of Rs 15990 through Credit card and i was promised that i will get the delivery by 10 to 13 days as day passed the delivery was not done due to short of stock( if that was so why have shopping indiatimes has taken the order) on calling back no one is giving me proper answer and the money is not returned back. as i stay in mumbai when asked for the office address the answer i get that the office is in Delhi.my appel is not shop in feature with Shopping indiatimes as my complaint no was 134441 on 21/6/10 at 5.25pm till now know one has called me regarding the same as the order was taken by name called Mr. jitendra.

SO PLEASE HELP ME I NEED MY MONEY BACK.OR pl give the Delivery of the said product ASAP
