the matter has already been filed in the national consumer court against your shopping site and dealers.
also the complaint has been registered with cyber rime cell FBI/national consumer complaint cell/
inspite of repested reminders you have not shown any interest and rather claiming web proof id.
now the matter will be resoved with compensation for fraud and misuse of customer info on the pretext of shopping.

indiatimes shopping Indiatimes shopping is the open cheating house i had seen in india. I ordered for a telescope about two months back, they didn't deliver as saying non serviceble area and they didn't refund my money till now. i wrote many times but nobody listening. All consumers be care not to buy anything from indiatimes shopping.
