I had booked for Eureka Forbes Aquaflo Designa (water Purifier) - offer price of Rs. 3971.00 on 19.1.2010 thro Credit Card (ICICI) online with Future Bazaar.

As there was assurance of Delivery Within 7 Days, I was calling to their Bombay Call Center almost every day for the delivery confirmation.

On 29.01.2010 I get a call from them that " The item is been clear from their place and it may reach any time".

Then again on 30th I get a mail from them that " The order is canceled, since the item is temporarily sold out, and refund will be sent on the same mode"

I want to know Can I log a compliant on the above against not fulfilling the order or Enjoyed my money for 10 days?

Please help me ......
