subject Order No. 112121432. Difference in billing price and Publishers' price
Sir
We have received the following book as detailed below
Order Number Sub Order Number Products Quantity Amount
112121432 2812970 HOMOEOPATHIC GUIDE TO FAMILY HEALTH : A MEDICAL 1 778.00
However, the publishers' Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the book as printed is Rs. 495, though we have been charged at the rate of Rs. 753 + postage of Rs. 25 = Rs. 778/-
The difference of the price charged by you and the Publishers' MRP is Rs. 258/-. (excluding postage charges)
Could you please reconcile the difference in the price charged vis a vis the publishers' price. In case of inadvertant erroneous billing, we request you to kindly refund the difference at the earliest.]]]
I have also called them up for clarification and they keep on passing the line to and fro and the line is held up unnecessarily.
We are still waiting for a clarification from their end.
