i had placend an order for RC Helicopter on dated o9 nov 2009 by order number 112031946 paid Rs 995/- after 4 days i had received the packet in which a faulty/old RC Helicoper was shipped. i had logged a complaint to india times for the replacement of the product and follow up. after one month the money was refunded by GC(gift coupen) to redeemed you have to again purchase from indiatimes online shopping. on dated 4-12-2010 again placed and oreder for Toy under theorder number 112071039 with a request that i need new and conditioned product. unfortunately the same story was repeted. now since a month time the product is under the replacement .The customer support executive have no idea when the product will replace. Thus requesting all of the friends to suggest how to take action against such type of poor service provider and cheeter. Please assist for the same.
