had purchase a toy for My son on dated 4th November 2009. within the schedule time i had received the packet. while open the packet found that a old and broken toy was send. i had called the indiatime shoping and return the product. after one month the money was refunded by GC coupen to redum i had purchase once again from indiatimes. in this time the same story was repeted. now its more than 2 month. i am writing mails making call to the customer support not getting a proper reply.please see the details of my order
