    Default Naaptol is denying to send me free offer gift.

    I purchased Nikon L19 Dig. Camera from Naaptol which included 2 GB card & Pouch offer.I have received L19 Camera but not received 2 gb card & Pouch.
    I made complaint to call center of Naaptol firstly they have mailed me that they will persue the case .

    I have received the product of Nikon L19 but not received the free offer in which 2GB card and Pouch were included.

    Today again i complaint about the same but your attender told me that there is no offer of such type.
    I want to clear you that when i ordered from Naaptol website all things are there , and also tell me when this camera , i am getting in just Rs. 4740/- then why i would adopt this price 6190/-.

    Unhappy Spy pen16gb not working

    Dear sir,
    I have received the (Spy Pen) on 11.10.10 8 PM by ARAMEX COURIER which i have orderded on 03.10.10.

    order Detail:
    order no:834953
    Date :03.10.10
    Product : Spy pen(16 Gb)

    Complaint:

    Today Morning I opened the courier the Spy Pen is not working and small damage and the button are not work properly ,also The Spy Pen is already used by somebody(23 seconds recorded).

    I made call to this no(09223476000) they gave some other no 09223516148 I spoke with Miss.Aruna reg this complaint she told to resend the courier to the following address to receive again new one by courier with user manual book.
    Adithya Infoteck, Haridas Market,bank street,Hyderabad,AP without pin code and phone no by sms…

    In the courier office they are not accept the courier without pin code .we can’t find out the pin code.

    So Kindly I request you send me the correct Postal address with pin code as soon as…
