On 08/11/09 I had placed order on indiatimes shopping for cordless phone and made payment by debit card. During making payment due to connectivity problem in network, the amount was debited but payment receipt was not confirmed. I had to make second attempt for making payment, this time payment was confirmed. My indiatimes shopping account was showing two orders for the same item (order nos 112030683 and 112030691 each for Rs 9095/-). I complained customercare service about the debit of repeat amount for the same item order and received a reply on 11/11/09 stating that one order no 112030683 has been cancelled and amount has been refunded. But the amount has not been credited back to my account.

Subsequently I started follow up for delivery of my order no 112030691, but I was infromed that this order has also been cancelled and refund has been made on 17/11/09, reason given that delivery address was unserviceable area. Where as earlier order for book was delivered on the same address. However this time also amount was not credited to my account.

Since then I have been continuously talking to the customer service executives of indiatimes shopping and have sent emails on daily basis but no body from the indiatimes shopping has been able to solve my problem. Can I get telephone no of higher level responsible person from indiatimes shopping who can be contacted for resolution of the problem. The persons whom I have contacted at customer care service seem to be useless and they even are not able to refer the problem to higher level officers, neither are willing to give phone nos of the higher level officers.
