After the money was deposited for few days I could contact the number and talk but now the mobile comes swirtched off. the mob no was 911164641811. Please find out who is swindling your customers in your name. The caller has said that he is a genuine person from your orgasnisation as he knew my full name / address and my dealings with your company.
The name of the foundation was A one foundation trust , New Delhi with account no 0127000101351058
in Punjab National Bank , New Delhi. The money was deposited on 24/11/2010.Amount was Rs 2100/- My phone no is 09012266669 / 09412992241. Till now my remainders do not generate any reply.

I have placed an order on Bag it Today on 30-12-2010. They have assured me that the ordered goods will be sent within 15 days. But, despite repeated follow ups, they have neither sent the material nor they give any commitment, other than just saying that the order is in process and wait for 21 days. First of all, despite giving the order number and the booking id (incidently the booking id is given by them only on getting payment online), they first refuse to have received the payment, but with great persuation, they will confirm the receipt of payment and the only reply that the system is under updation and I have to wait for some time.

On seeing the complaints posted on the web, it is an established fact that BAG IT TODAY, which is run by INDIA TODAY GROUP is a bogus company and they never supply any material. They are looting lacs of hard earned money from the customers thr. online.

General public is alerted not to deal with this party any more.

I am getting a lot of mails from Bag it today offering a lot of products with a lot of offers. During serching one of the products named Samaria Diamonds I was offered 3 beautiful looking candles & cash on delivery offer with option of payment vide Debit card or cash on delivery. If paid by Debit card I was offered 1 bag (MTV sling) free.

I opted for cash on delivery option on 06-01-2011 & registered my order via mail. In evening on
07-01-2011. I got a call from Bag it today asking for product order confirmation. I told them that I have opted for cash on delivery option I was told that the offer of cash on delivery is not available. After assurance I went for payment thro' Debit card.
The Boking Id provided to me is 474459905 on 07-01-2011 evening.

On 10-01-2011 I again got call from Bag it today asking for my order for same product. I told the lady on phone about my booking Id no.474459905 for same product & paid amount of Rs.1699/- via. debit card through phone.

On 25-01-2011 I mailed to Bag it today for delivery delay of product. On 27-01-2011 I got mail from them stating order no.TRNPL/DLI/10-11-194790 & probable delivery for the same in a week's time.

Yesterday I got call from delivery man for delivery of the product. My wife by mistake paid the demanded money of Rs.1699/- thinking about other pending product, which was to arrive from BIGADA.

But when on reaching home in evening I opened the product I was surprised to see diamonds with only 2 candles as free gifts. I was expecting free gift of 3 candles + 1 bag. I was also surprised to hear that delivery man got Rs.1699/- from my wife.

Now I feel cheated from Bag it today group, who are associated with such a big Group of India Today. Since yesterday I am mailing to bag it today clearly stating the matter but not getting any response. i tried to trace the order of Booking Id-474459905 on their no.0120-4112424 but not getting any further response. All my calls are disconnected when I tell them about the booking Id no.474459905.

I feel very bad that I tried to book through such a cheating company named Bag It Today. like me they must have cheated other people also.

So, it is requested to look in the matter & demand for Ban on Bag It today from dealing to customers in India so that innocent people of India are not cheated.

And also note this samsung mobile is easily available in market in Rs.8500/-

If i add RS.9000/- of mobile cost + 500/- courier charges than it comes Rs.9500/- and they charge from Rs.10098/- and they r not giving detail of this amount to me.

I had sended three reminders to them but they r not replying to me.

Because they all r the cheaters.

My Demand from them:-

1.My reward of Rs. 08 lac / 04 lac / or 01 lac as their sale person confirm me ( as per him it is 110% confirm )

2.my free gift watch

3.my jwelley coupan

4.and inform we what is the detail of Rs 10098/- u charged from me.

BAG IT TODAY Order No- 1017152346- I have make the order on 02/04/12 had made payment th . credit card..
But upto 6/04/12 had not seen any progress in the matter then cancelled the same on 06/04/12. Same day I had contacted BAG IT TODAY customer care and they informed that I wll get my refund within 4-6 working days but till today I have not got my refund. I between so many complaints had been raised but problem still remains..really such a fraud company is this.. And request all to never purchase anything from this company..
