    Default Money deducted with no booking

    Hi,
    I have been mailing makemytrip regularly asking to help me as the ticket prices are increasing and still I don't know whether my ticket is booked or not as I never received an acknowledgement. I have a lot of tickets to be booked which are dependent on this flight. Even after being a regular customer and having booked so many tickets if one gets this type of customer service ( the customer service people are useless too, can't even suggest a solution, can just tell that sir your email is not there in the database). It is makemytrip's mistake that their system couldn't record my details. I had sent a snapshot of my bank-account too showing the transaction but still they didn't have the etiquette to even reply to it.

    ICICI Bank net banking details:

    1 17/12/2009 BIL/000133422398/dubai-mum/IND-BCH-1877 DR INR 6,402.00

    This is the transaction detail and the ticket details are as follows:
    email : siva.beb@gmail.com
    contact :00971506001277
    This is booked for Indian Airlines flight, 28th January, 11:20 p.m. (Dubai to Mumbai).

    The mails that I have been desperately sending to the great guys of makemytrip are as follows which they never acknowledged and just tried to put up advertisements on their website saying "An extra mile for a customer's smile".

    Could you please check it and at least tell me something? This is the 4th mail to you and I haven't received a single reply. Please check it and inform me soon.

    I am seriously stuck and I haven't received any mail from your side. I have been mailing since 2 days and called twice too, and nobody ever gave me a solution. I had booked my ticket and I didnt get any confirmation. I have attached a snap-shot of my bank account. Please check it on an urgent basis as I am unable to book further tickets. The details of the booking are as follows:

    Email as siva.beb@gmail.com and contact as 00971506001277. This is booked for Indian Airlines flight, 28th January, 11:20 p.m. (Dubai to Mumbai).Booked on 16th December midnight at around 2:00 a.m.

    If you are unable to process it and then atleast forward the mail to anybody who can take the decision. After booking my every ticket from your website, I didnt expect such a late service from you.

    To put up my problems in sequence:
    1. Your service is usually down early in the morning I suppose because every time I book early in the morning I have some problem. I have booked at least 15 tickets from makemytrip and had problem in 3 which is 20%.

    2. I have attached snapshot of my bank account(ICICI Bank) from which you deducted INR 6402 but no booking or confirmation was done. I had put up my email as siva.beb@gmail.com and contact as 00971506001277. This is booked for Indian Airlines flight, 28th January, 11:20 p.m. (Dubai to Mumbai).

    3. I rang up your customer care and talked to Priya but your customer care people can search by email or contact and for everything else they can just ask the customer to mail to service@makemytrip.com.

    Could you please confirm whether it was booked or not, or else I have to book it again. Kindly take this as urgent as I have around 8 flights to be booked and if I am not confirmed with one, I can't book the rest.
