I had ordered for a 2000W woofer using Indiatimes on 26th of Nov' 2009. But I didn't receive the product within the stipulated 7 days so I cancelled the order on the 8th of Dec'. When again I searched for the product the product was not on list. Refund was made but not to my bank account through which I had paid but as a Gift Coupon. When I mailed for refund in the same method I had paid there is no response.

If the product wasn't in the stock then why was the ad posted. In this way Indiatimes can force buyers to buy from the site even if they don't want to.
